What we collect
Your Google account name, e-mail and avatar (for sign-in); the prompts, images and videos you create; your credit balance and purchase records (order id, amount, currency — never your card or PayPal login); basic server logs.
How we use it
To run the Service: authenticate you, generate videos, keep your gallery, add credits after payment, prevent abuse, and improve the tools. We do not sell personal data and do not use your content to train models.
Who else sees it
fal.ai processes your prompts and images to generate videos and hosts the resulting files. PayPal processes payments. Our database and hosting providers store data on our behalf. The public hub page uses Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics.
Retention
Your gallery is kept while your account exists. Delete your account (contact us) and we remove your data within 30 days, except payment records we must keep for accounting.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data or its deletion at any time via the contact below. If you are in the EU/UK you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
