What we collect
Your email, sign-in provider profile, prompts you submit and the outputs we generate for you.
How we use it
To run the service, bill you, prevent abuse and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.
How you found us
A first-party cookie remembers which site sent you here (for example Google or ChatGPT), any campaign tag in the link and the first page you saw — never the full address you came from. If you sign up, this is saved with your account so we can tell which channels work. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits and see which pages lead to sign-ups and purchases; we send it no names, emails or prompts. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked first, and Google Analytics sets no cookies for them unless they accept.
Buying without an account
If you pay without signing in, we create a guest account kept in a cookie in your browser. When you pay, PayPal shares the email address of your PayPal account with us; we attach it to that guest account so you can sign in with it later, and send one email saying so. Guest accounts with no purchases or creations are deleted after 3 days.
Photos you upload
Photos you upload are sent to our AI model provider only to generate your result, are never used to train models by us, and are deleted automatically 30 days after upload. Results stay in your library until you delete them.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from Settings at any time. This cancels any subscription and permanently removes your profile, uploads, creations and credits. Records of payments are kept, without your email or name, as required for refunds, disputes and tax. Contact support@h3max.info for help.
